Cairo Lawrence is a sophomore from Naperville, Illinois. She is double majoring in Public Policy on the Public Policy and Law track and Business Administration. She is so happy to be serving as Chief Executive Officer for such powerful women! Cairo works for the Sol Price School of Public Policy and as an Orientation Advisor for USC. When Cairo has free time, she enjoys it with friends, finding new artists to see live in LA, attempting to dance, and exploring new places. The whole house is so excited to have you as our leader, Cairo! We love you and are beyond ecstatic for this next year!

Cayman Silliman
Chief Operating Officer
International Relations Global Business with a minor in Economics
Class of 2021

Cayman Silliman is a junior majoring in International Relations Global Business with a minor in Economics. Cayman was born and raised in Danville, CA but is now living in Seattle with her family. She loves to hike, swim, and spend time with friends and family any time she can! As a part of WYSE on campus, Cayman loves connecting with empowered women around her. She is a strong, empathetic, and positive woman that is so excited to take on this role in the Omicron chapter! We are so excited to have you on Exec, Cayman! Issa Gianatiempo

Class of 2022

Issa Gianatiempo is a sophomore from the East Bay Area and is double majoring in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science. Here at USC, she is on a club dance team called Xpressions, in a Neuroscience research lab that studies feeding behavior, as well as taking on the new position of Chief Marketing Officer! Issa loves spending time with family and friends, exploring LA, and finding all the foodiest places. She also has a clinical internship at Peak Brain Institute in Culver City. We love you, Issa! Everyone in Theta is so excited for this year!

Mila Castleman
Chief Recruitment Officer
Environmental Engineering and a minor in Theatre
Class of 2022

Mila Castleman is a sophomore from Austin, Texas and now lives in Mountain View, California. She is majoring in Environmental Engineering and minoring in theatre. Mila currently does data analysis for a venture capital firm and is a part of USC’s Environmental Student Assembly. For fun, Mila loves taking hip-hop classes, finding new music, talking about the environment, and watching Seinfeld. As Chief Recruitment Officer, Mila can not wait for recruitment and to bring in the 2021 pledge class! Mila, you’re a star! We are ecstatic that you are on exec, we love you and can’t wait to see all the great things you do for the house!

Hayley Littlefield
Chief Financial Officer
Business Administration with a minor in Enterprise Information Systems

Hayley Littlefield is a junior from Danville, California, and is majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Enterprise Information Systems. Hayley is beyond excited to be Theta’s new CFO and help financially guide the Omicron Chapter for the next year. In her free time, Hayley loves to cook, exercise, spend time with her friends and family, and travel the world! We are absolutely thrilled to have you on our new Executive team! We love you Hayley!

Noonie McCann
Chief Learning Officer
Computer Science and Business Administration
Class of 2022

Noonie McCann is a sophomore from Mercer Island, Washington. She has a dual major in Computer Science and Business Administration. On campus, she is a tour guide for the Office of Admission and the co-vice chair of Women in Engineering. A fun fact about Noonie is that she is super accident prone: she’s broken both her arms, both her legs, cut open her head, chipped both her front teeth. For fun, she likes activities where she can’t get injured, like yoga, reading, watching rom coms, and baking. Noonie, Theta loves you! The exec team and the whole house could not be luckier to have you as CLO!

AP Carter
Chief Panhellenic Officer
Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Marine Biology and Sustainability
Class of 2020

AP Carter is a sophomore from San Antonio, Texas. She is majoring in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Marine Biology and Sustainability. At USC, she is a cadet in the Air Force ROTC program and works at Sol Price School of Public Policy. AP spends her time going on adventures with the scuba diving club SCunderwater, Surfrider, and SCoutfitters. She loves that each activity offers her a chance to meet cool people, spend time with friends, and go to the beach as much as possible! AP is so excited to take on the position of Chief Panhellenic Officer, and continue to connect Theta to the community! We love you AP and we can’t wait to see everything you achieve this next year as an exec member!

Miranda Jernberg
Chief Administrative Officer
Chemical Engineering with an emphasis in Sustainable Energy
Class of 2020

Miranda Jernberg is a junior from Denver, Colorado. She is majoring in Chemical Engineering with an emphasis in Sustainable Energy. On-campus she is a part of the 3D-printing club called 3D4E, the latin dance team Break on 2, and works as a Viterbi Student Ambassador. Miranda loves planning her next trip, going salsa dancing, and watching the sunset. Miranda, you are absolutely going to kill this position! Theta loves you so much!
