Congratulations to our Leading Woman of the Month of November, Kristin Robinson! She is currently a sophomore majoring in Music Industry minoring in Music Production. Kristin is also a member of the Theta’s 2017 Nomination Committee. Her greatest passion, apart from songwriting, is community service. She created the annual benefit concert, Music for Mental Health, in her hometown of Fort Worth, TX as a sophomore in high school to empower young performers, reduce the stigma of mental illness, and raise money for suicide prevention and counseling services in North Texas. She is also the recruitment director and lead piano instructor at SLAM USC, a non-profit music education organization which provides free music classes to underfunded schools in Los Angeles. On campus, Kristin is a DJ for KXSC, a music journalist for The Tab USC, and a member of Music Industry Connection (MIC). Kristin often performs around the city and has applied the skills she learned from her internship at the management company, Yebo music, in New York City this summer to managing the folk/rock band “The Brazen Youth” on her own. This summer, she will be releasing her EP! We are so proud of everything you have accomplished and can’t wait to see what the future has in store. Always remember that Theta loves you!
